Other Ways to Give

Text-to-Give: Text any dollar amount to 84321 (additional charges may apply). You will follow a quick, self-guided setup process to tie your mobile phone to your donor account, and a payment source. If you are already in our system, donating is as easy as sending a text! (Reoccurring givers only need to set up 1 time). 

By Mail: Mail a check or money order made to “Capitol Hill United Methodist Church” (Memo: The Well) and send to the following address: 421 Seward Square SE, Washington, DC 20003

The Well Of Resource Project    

 The Well is collecting and building a database in efforts to become a well of resources  for the community. We are looking to partner with people and entities that offer their expertise for the greater good of the community and we need you to make this a reality. 

Most people can tell you where the best food spots are, or who host the hottest clubs, or the best places to shop. What people are not as fluent in is knowing the best places to support your mental or emotional and sometimes physical well being. Too often people don’t know where to go for personal or family members mental health concerns, or who to call for support in domestic violence situations, or even what to do for financial assistance. The Well has decided to  dedicated our initiatives in becoming a hub for the community by building a resource data-base.  As part of our spiritual calling, we believe that part of being well holistically is taking care of our entire being. We are dedicated to being a liaison between our community and those that specialize in providing care and assistance to those in need.   

Two Ways To Support

One, we are asking that you share information. If you know of someone who offers resources that offer support to the community in any way that you share it with us so that we can reach out to that entity and possibly establish a relationship. 

Two, we are asking you to consider becoming a financial supporter by becoming a recurring donor. We are dedicated to bringing you the best resources and programming for your spiritual well-being. Your contribution allows us to continue to build out the vision of he Well and to support of of the efforts and contributions that people make towards creating an amazing vision.
