Raimon “Rai” Jackson is a Spiritual Entrepreneur with a passion for Jesus and people. His daily work includes pastor, innovator, spiritual life coach, motivator, public speaker, social justice facilitator, and a creative artist. He is a pioneer in crossing traditional barriers including work in cross denominational, multi-ethnic, multi-economical, and multi-generational arenas. Raimon’s history includes successfully planting, building and growing several youth and young adult focused churches, ministries, teams, movements and a nonprofit. With a professional background and education in music and theatre, he is currently co C.E.O. to the music production company F.R. productions in conjunction with Phase Recording & Media. Aside from composing & producing music across genres and for various artist (Raheem DeVaughn, A.N.D, Tony CoVay +)  churches and conferences, he currently has three music singles (Breathe & Rock, Get Thru This & For Your Love), streaming on all platforms under his artist name Rai Jackson. As a thespian he has performed as an actor in several local plays and short films, inclusive of performances at the Kennedy Center for The Performing Arts (Wash D.C.). Raimon was also formerly trained by and employed as a community organizer through the nationally acclaimed Gamaliel Network, where he served as a leader in the fight for civil justice and awareness throughout the DMV area.

Presently, Raimon, following the guidance of the Holy Spirit, is called to build The Well. After traveling the country listening to and learning from diverse groups of people, Raimon knew it was time to build something that was authentic, relevant, creative and evangelistic to reach those who are tired of the cliché and status quo, but who are in search of true spiritual growth and genuine community with the support of the arts.

Raimon’s heart and passion for ministry is probably most exhibited through his non-traditional family life. A father figure, big brother and mentor to many, Raimon at age 22 decided to extend his family through foster care by becoming the care taker to a then 14 year old adolescent boy. Only to repeat a similar process at 29 when he took in a 17 year old. Claiming both as his sons, through the two of them Raimon has now become one of the youngest grandfathers, (yes you heard that correct, a grandfather), to nine grand-children who all affectionately refer to him as pop-pop.
